Syberlytics (“Services”, “Syberlytics”, us ,we, or our) collects information from you in order to provide better services and a better user experience. Your privacy is on top of all priorities to us, and this Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Location Data:
Some of the apps may request your Location data for a functional purpose. We may use various technologies to determine location, such as GPS, Wi-Fi or other network-based data such as IP address. Your GPS geo-location is not accessed without your consent. We do NOT provide your Location data for advertising networks and third parties. We do not even store your data


Usage Data:
Usage Data may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

In-House Advertisements:
In our Apps/games we display internal advertisements in which we advertise other Google play games which we feel players will be interested in; in order to provide the best scope of advertisements, we use data listing which of your games you already have installed on your device. No user-specific or app-specific information is stored or recorded. 


Photos,Media,Files:
We can not access any personal pictures,Videos or any Files for personal use, User can Access his selected pictures only for making a photo frame,video,we can not collect those photo,Video or any files.

Children's Privacy:
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers.
If We need to rely on consent as a legal basis for processing Your information and Your country requires consent from a parent, We may require Your parent's consent before We collect and use that information.

Camera:
We can access the camera to take a photo of user in creating her/his photo frame and we can not access his personal photo or any personal videos.

Apps Permission:
SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW (Android Window Permission)
This app needs this permission to display a dismiss screen on Android 10 or higher versions
Optional Permissions
Even without these, you can still use this app excluding specific features.
WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (External Storage Writing Permission)
This app needs this permission to load external ringtones
CAMERA (Camera Permission)
This  needs this permission for the photo mission, which requires users to take a photo
READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (External Storage Reading Permission)
This needs this permission to save pictures taken by users who are using the photo mission
ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION (Location access Permission)
This app needs these permissions to provide weather information based on your location
BIND_DEVICE_ADMIN (Device manager Permission)
This a app needs this permission if you want to use prevent yourself from uninstalling it
Apps uses the AccessibilityService API to provide “Prevent turn off” feature. The optional feature blocks the user from turning the device off while alarm is ringing so that they can wake up better.
